1. What was discussed today in class?
Answer: Today in class we discussed about all different kinds of database. For example, Britanica and Lexis Nexis.
2. What points were particularly important to you and why?
Answer: The point that was particularly important to me was that different database have different results, it is upto me to look for the clues hidden in the result and to key in the right terms in each database to get satisfying results.
3. When engaging in the search process, what techniques might you use to ensure that you can continue your exploration without running into a dead end?
Answer: When engaging in the search process one must act like a detective, always curious and looking for clues so that one can continue exploring without running into a dead end.

I agree with your points. In item 3, you might also consider actual techniques for your search - synonyms, Boolean operators, trying different databases. You can also look at the "description" for content and dates of coverage to see if it will be useful for your search.
