Research Log Entry 4

1. What was your first question?
Answer: What is the difference between Catholics and other Christians?
2. List all the intermediate questions that you formed between the first question and you final question?
Answer: Who are the Catholics and what are their beliefs? How many kinds of Christians are there? What do Catholics practice? What do other Christians practice?
3. What approaches and ideas did you implement in each of these stages?
Answer: It got me closer to the answer of my question. Now I can see clearly what all links to the question I first had. For example, my question is a tree and all the other intermediate questions are the branches that points out the ideas that would help answer the main question.
4. How would you evaluate your final question? Is it more complex? Do you think you could continue further with this process and come up with something even more complex?
Answer: I think my final question is pretty clear and yes I think I could continue further with this process and come up with something even more complex.
5. What other questions might help you to continue your exploration?
Answer: How was Catholicism created and who was the founder? Which Christians were first to spread the gospel? What caused the differences between Catholics and other Christians?

This is great. There's plenty of depth to this question. What you'd need to do next is decide which angle you'd like to take and figure out a final question for a research paper, depending on the approximate length of the paper.

Good work!
